Because of the products we sell you will normally send us the images to print too. We will use these to produce your order and for no other purpose. They will not be shared with anyone else and will be kept of secure servers/computers. They will be retained for a period of time until we next purge our storage.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Print Ninja reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Stock Availability

All of our products are produced to order due to the bespoke nature of our work. Because of this there is no hard and fast rule of thumb for order availability.
We will dispatch your order as soon it is completed. Usually, products are dispatched by the next business day after production is complete. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered requires components that are out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that will have a longer than normal timescale.

Multiple Products

We supply products via more than one warehouse and production facility. Because of this there may be occasions when it becomes necessary to dispatch your order via more than one courier.
In any event of us dispatching by 2 or more carriers there will be no additional cost to you and each item dispatched will be done via a service at least equivalent to the one selected during checkout and paid for. This means your orders may sometimes arrive on the same or different days via more than one carrier.

Payment

We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards as a form of payment. There is no fee for using your debit/credit card or PayPal to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your bank or card provider has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Taxes

We are not required to register for VAT as we are a new small business and not at the required threshold yet. therefore we do not charge VAT on any of your orders.

Returns and Cancellations

Because all our products are personalised by using your own images, text etc we are unable to allow returns or cancellations once your order has been accepted unless the product/s have been damaged in transit, not as described, have a quality issue or are incorrect. In these rare cases, we will of course accept returns and offer you a full refund, credit or replacement (your choice). Once your return has been received and the issue verified we will also give you the choice of a refund of return costs (providing the return service we recommend is used) or a higher value gift voucher to use on future purchases.

If a refund is requested we will process this within 1 working day of verifying your returns issue but please be aware that the actual time for the money to show in your account can vary from one bank to another.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Image Ninja shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. The Image Ninja shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Image Ninja will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
